Whether we’re working on acrobatics, handstands, arm balances, backbending, mobility, or coordination ~ we go deep into form, function, and flow.Each session includes:
A personal movement assessment to define your goals and current abilities
Progressive 60–75 min sessions, in person (Rotterdam & surroundings) or online
Tailored strength, mobility, and skill progressions for self-practice
A personal video library for feedback and reflection
Ongoing guidance and check-ins via WhatsApp
