Noelle’s private class felt like a soft, guided flow. She quickly understood what I brought with me and helped me move forward from there. I often try to return to the feeling she created in the session: a sense of exploring and connecting, playing with rhythm and shapes. I joined Noëlle’s online mobility coaching because I had decided to really deepen my movement practise and prepare for a yoga teacher training. Through her deep understanding of how to work with the human body, Noëlle created a tailor made exercise program precisely fit to where my body was blocked and were I had been trying, with very limited results, to open up. Through the exercises and weekly review sessions, I finally really grasped the fundamentals of mobility work. Moreover, I found back the curiosity to approach my own body as a living lab, and see every movement practise as a learning opportunity which can be fun, enlightening and meaningful. Obviously, with the different mindset and deeper understanding, also came progress, turning frustration into playfulness and joy when practising. And on another note, Noëlle is really the kindest and most attentive of coaches you can imagine, listening carefully, supporting you in every step, and addressing blind spots that hindered my progress all over the place, whether in food supplementation or avoidance of camera’s … I couldn’t be more grateful.

I had the pleasure of working one-on-one with Noelle for backbending, deep stretching, and posture/pose alignment. Her adjustments were absolutely spot-on and felt amazing in my body. It was incredibly helpful to have her guide me through backbends and shoulder mobility stretches, showing me how they should feel so I could keep practicing safely and confidently on my own. I've been a dancer for 15 years and do bodywork professionally so I’m pretty picky about receiving physical adjustments, but Noelle’s touch was exceptional and she gained my trust quickly. I felt completely supported and in great hands. I wish I lived closer so I could work with her more often! Thank you so much, Noelle, for such a great experience!
